Jasmia Hamilton, MS, MA
Founder
Jasmia Hamilton is a trained social scientist and organizational development practitioner. Jasmia has and continues to work with high-impact, mission driven teams in education (K12 and higher education) and area non-profits. In these roles, Jasmia implemented culturally responsive and identity-conscious practices as a student services coordinator/advisor, collaborated as a member of a powerhouse racial justice team, and co-managed equity-focused projects and programming.
Her consulting approach is informed by her cumulative educational, lived, and professional experiences resulting in a deep understanding of the imperatives for change and a commitment to promoting inclusion, justice, and equity.
Jasmia’s co-authored text “Women’s health disparities: Intersections of Gender and other forms of marginalization” is published in Women, Health, & Healthcare: Readings on Social, Structural, & Systemic Issues edited by Cabell Gathman. Two additional publications from a previously self-published book also appear in Women, Health, & Healthcare.
