Innovative DEI employs a balanced education approach to guide learners in understanding 1) how inequity has evolved and 2) how to leverage strategies to move beyond inequity. 

All learning sessions are carefully curated using diverse resources including historical texts, sociocultural artifacts, documentaries, films, literary texts, peer-reviewed journals, popular media, and recent events.
